In the beginning....
Born in Boston and raised on Massachusetts South Shore, JM Borden-Aycock has attained a level of success that few had envisioned. Graduating high school and attending university at the tender age of 16, some believed this foretold of a future of grand accomplishments, and JM proved their prophecies true.

By her early thirties, Borden-Aycock had already served as the Director of Human Resources for a major manufacturing firm, a multi-state commercial contracting corporation and a global technology enterprise. She has assisted corporate entities with mergers, acquisitions and divestitures and is known in the business community as a global HR strategist who can diagnose deficiencies, develop strategic solutions and assist in implementation.

Dr. Borden-Aycock has travelled the globe and her insights into business etiquette are sought by companies when sending executives and managers overseas. She has been instrumental as a strategic change agent in refocusing leadership beyond mediocrity, providing stimuli to stagnant businesses and increasing productivity and performance. JM has acquired a level of expertise in HR risk mitigation, strategic HR initiatives and people-based solutions that have brought companies from downturns back on the path to success.

JM, as she prefers being called, has been engaged repeatedly to speak at conferences, seminars, workshops, business meetings and expositions. She has developed and taught several courses for a long list of educational and professional associations, as well as for private business entities.
